TOGAF seems like the model that is most widely used (and has the best survey results as far as user rating), and will be the model I use moving forward.
EA can definitely be utilized in both large and small businesses. User surveys showed that EA is utilized in businesses that bring in less than 1 million dollars per year, as well as those who function in terms of billions of dollars. EA can help any business align itself to its vision.
